Positive: Spacious, full kitchen and bath. It looks real nice when you first walk in.
Negative: So there is a couple of things. We ended up lodging somewhere else! Let me explain. First off there was no key in the lockbox outside the facility to get in and out of the gate to get up to the actual condo. We had to literally wait for someone to walk out to grab the door so we could get up to the unit. Once we finally made it inside, first impression was it was pretty neat....the pool area looks like a miniature paradise, and the condo is two levels. The staircase is a super tiny spiral, so my husband had a hard time getting up and down so he just stayed down. Shortly after arrival I noticed the TV wasn't working so I was in the midst of contacting the company when I noticed a tightly rolled up $5 bill underneath a little shelf/cabinet in the kitchen, so I went and got it. I was surprised to see what it was actually used for so I handed it to my husband and asked him "that's not what I think it is, right!?" So he unrolled it over the coffee table and white residue powder fell out of it. So it was in fact exactly what it appeared to be used for. Thank God it was me that found it and not one of our kids. Our kids are all super small ages 4, 6 and 7 I was still on the call with the company about the TV and key issue when this happened so I informed them of what I just found. There was A LOT of dust under the furniture and it's very obvious because the furniture sits up high and the floor reflects off the windows so it's very obvious, I wasn't on my hands and knees inspected the place...everything I saw while sitting on a ottoman while on the phone and just looking around. The balcony is not usable at all, it looks like it would crumble if you stepped on it, and it was in very poor shape both structurally and visually. So enough was enough in only the first 20 minutes we decided we would lodge somewhere else and we did. The owner called me about the situation about the drug paraphernalia, and he agreed to refund my money!
